Converting an ACT design into LEF/DEF

act2lef can convert an ACT file into a LEF/DEF suitable for a place and route flow. This tool is now deprecated, and its functionality is replaced by the much more flexible interact tool. Please see the physical implementation documentation for details on generating LEF and DEF.
